Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in Ditto Insurance. We are committed to providing an excellent experience and services to all our users. As with any online purchase experience, some terms and conditions govern the Refund Policy. When you purchase access to a webinar with Ditto Insurance (referred to as “Service”), you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE SERVICES:
You acknowledge that the Service purchased by you is non-transferable and non-refundable.
NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND
You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees and applicable charges paid by you, in full or partially, under any circumstances, including:
Modifying, cancelling, and/or extending the duration of the Service
Change in the commencement date of the Service
Your failure to attend or participate in the Service
Modification of the structure or content of the Service
REFUNDS AT SOLE DISCRETION
If a refund is provided, you hereby agree and acknowledge that such an amount to be refunded may either be paid in cash or credit (for the purchase of any other Services of Ditto Insurance of equivalent value) at the sole discretion of Ditto Insurance.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In exceptional circumstances, such as a significant failure on our part to deliver the Service as described, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any such refund will be at the sole discretion of Ditto Insurance.
REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
To request a refund, please contact us at events@joinditto.in with your order details and the reason for the request. We will review your request and revert back to you.
CHANGES TO THE POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Platform. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.

DISCLAIMER
That upon initiating a Transaction, you as a User are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with us to purchase the products and/or services, and you shall pay the price as listed on the Platform through legitimate and legal sources of funds and through the accepted Payment Instruments. That you shall provide accurate payment details to the secure payment system for making purchase on the Platform. The information provided by you may be utilized or shared with any third party if required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We expressly disclaim all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of a User’s Payment Instrument.
